Mr.S Sreevatsa is an expert in the field of civil litigation including The Code of Civil Procedure, Arbitration, and Family, Property, Banking & Business Laws. In addition to being a specialist in cross examination, he is also the author of books on various subjects pertaining to litigation.

Mr. S Sreevatsa was the first Senior Advocate to be designated from the Mayo Hall Unit of Trial Courts in Bengaluru because of his exceptional skill in both the Trial and High Courts.

In his early years, he wrote a paper titled ‘Comparative Study of Anti-Trust Legislations in the World’ which was published by the Institute of Corporate Secretaries.

Sreevatsa Associates was founded in 1977 by Mr.S Sreevatsa, Senior Advocate (Designated 2008).

Mr. Sreevatsa Subramonian graduated from Sri. Jagadguru Renukacharya College of Law (1973-76). Enrolled himself as a lawyer with the Karnataka State Bar Council on 06.08.1976. He started his independent practice a year later on 01.04.1977. He was designated as a Senior Advocate / Counsel by the High Court of Karnataka on 04.03.2008.

He is an expert in the field of civil litigation including The Code of Civil Procedure, Arbitration and Conciliation, Family Laws, Property Laws, Banking and Business Laws.

He has conducted lectures on various topics including Indian Trust Act, Contract Act, The Karnataka Court Fees and Suits Valuation Act, the Code of Civil Procedure, the Evidence Act and many others, and has been a guest lecturer at various Law colleges such as Christ College, St. Joseph's College of Law, Bishop Cotton Women's College, etc. During the Pandemic Covid - 19, he was a guest lecturer for Beyond Law - CLC and AILU Karnataka. He also developed an App called "Trial Tips" to encourage young lawyers.

He currently leads an exclusive certification program titled "Trial Advocacy" at St. Josephs College of Law. Additionally, he serves as a lecturer at Bangalore Law College imparting knowledge on key subjects including Land Acquisition, Land Revenue, Land Reforms, Karnataka Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prohibition of Transfer of Certain Lands) Act, 1978 and the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016.
